Who is Aleksander Vozel
and why businessmen, bankers and investors trust him
Aleksander is a banker, risk manager and financial manager with years of expertise in a variety of industries.
His background consists of over 20+ years in banking, serving as Vice President and Board member, CRO, and CFO of the second largest bank in Slovenia and in two other Slovenian banks.
In addition, he has worked in and with large number of financial institutions and also with companies in other industries. During the international financial crisis that started in 2008, he was responsible for restructuring projects of several large companies. He also led the restructuring and merging of two banks.
Internationally, he worked as a supervisory board member in financial institutions, mostly banks, in US, Germany, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia and Serbia.
In 2018, Aleksander developed his own business office and method and now works as an independent Senior consultant for his clients while also participating as a Senior Adviser in projects with Deloitte EMEA.
His areas of practices are business strategy and business finance, corporate development, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and operations. He takes on a role of a Personal Coach for several top managers in companies and banks. He regularly gives lectures and professional workshops for executive teams, board members and board supervisors.
